    Infact on some finished brows will have complimentary product on, but by using special products created by HD to shut the pores, this allows us to offer this without irritation of the skin.

Sheena's Beauty Pod

All Appointments Must Adhere 

I consider any appointment you have with me very important. Your time slot is for you exclusively and when it is cancelled with short notice or missed altogether,  it is often too late or more often Impossible to offer this time to someone else. Id like to take a moment to give you details of my policy. Please read on.

A full 24hrs notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

Clients who cancel less than 24hrs will be charged 50% the cost of their treatment via a bank transfer or cash before booking another time slot. 

Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment will be charged the full cost of their treatment before booking in again 

(In extreme circumstances I will of course waiver charges). 

After 2 missed appointments or late  cancellations  I will require 100% pre-payment for all future services in full at the time of booking.
